The deadline for submitting Artist Application is Friday, July 5, 2024! (2024 application link will be available soon!)

Approved artists may submit up to five pieces of original art in one or more of the following categories:

• drawing
• acrylics
• oils
• printmaking
• photography
• fiber
• watercolor
• pastel
• mixed media
• textile
• pottery
• sculpture
• stained glass
• jewelry
• beading
• woodworking
• other (Please designate a category if not listed above)

Work must be ready to display: two-dimensional, flat artwork must be matted and/or framed and be ready to hang.

Though every effort is made to protect all artwork throughout the weekend, Short Grass Arts Council cannot be held liable for any lost or damaged art.

The Gallery Art Show entry fee for artists is $25 total for up to five pieces and can be paid at our secure online store - click here (link available soon!). Payments by cash or check may also be dropped off at the gallery with your artwork. 

Artists are responsible for the delivery of their artwork to the Waterfront Gallery between 1pm and 7pm on Wednesday, July 10, 2024.

Please note: because of the time it takes to creatively display each piece, if you are unable to deliver your art Wednesday, we ask that you schedule a time to bring the art by contacting Jennifer Kanz at 605-220-0364 or David Guild at 405-777-8098. 

Please plan to pick up artwork immediately after the show on Sunday, July 16, unless arrangements can be made with the gallery for an alternate pickup time.
